Actually, Bushmaster builds the entire gun for Remington. I once owned the R-15 carbine. 16'' bbl ORC with Collapsible stock. With handloaded 55gr V-Max I was shooting approx. .375 MOA. Added the Ergo grip, Troy Indrustries flip-up battle sights, and the Nikon Coyote Special Scope. Was a sweet gun, but I tired of them and sold em.

I just sold my first ever firearm... Glock 19 that I had two of, and I still feel all queasy about it. I just like having LOTS of firearms.

Everyone should have at least one AR-15.

I prefer "Old School" Colts :)

Well bottom line for me is why go into a room to clear it when I can shoot through the wall with a 308.
That being said. I like the removable carry handle with flip up sight so if i wish I have the ability to put a sight assist or not.
I like the models with a front post sight.

I own a DPMS AP4 in .308. Shots great and hits what I aim at unless I screw up.

BCM makes pretty good uppers and barrels. I've got the 16" standard barrel with mid length gas system. Havent shot it much lately but its pretty accurate with the little that I've messed with it jus haven't had time to see how much can really get it dialed in. I've got a different back sight on it now then what's in pic, went with KAC micro flip in anticipation of putting a scope on.
