Bought my son a ibanez AEL30SE electric/acoustic for x-mas at my local gc center in st louis about 50 miles away... the low e-string has dead fret 12-7 and they had to order one,so they ordered us a new one and it came in on fri so my son drove there and of course second guitar is bad also, gc called there warehouse and the other two they had are bad also,gc called me today to ask what other guitar i would like and they would send it to me..That this model is going to be re-called. I told them I would never buy a guitar over the phone and to send the credit to the store where i got it.. It was a all day deal talking to management at gc to get me covered since today was there last day on the money back guarantee and they were trying to give me a gift card instead, I have had a guitar in my hand for about a week of the 30 days. If they dont have a guitar that makes my son happy i am going to get the cash and walk out. I have bought alot of guitars and amps and gear from this location, but i know when i walk in the manager that got this worked out will be no where to be found when i walk in, ''is my fear" i got all his info but i got that feeling thing going on. Going down there on Wednesday and trip number four. Hope 4 th time is the charm.
