Got some pics of a buck I'm naming ClawBreaker I know he is young but I'm wondering how many years it will take him to become a real shooter. It already seems as if he is the dominant buck of a group of young deer. How old would you guess.

Looks like a 2 1/2 year old to me. At 5 1/2 he may be something nice to shoot.

I'll join the club and put him at 2 1/2.

Agree with the 2.5. They are all still rather sleek. The waddle is tight to the chest an they just look young in the pics. Definitely good looking for a 2.5 though. Good luck.

Body says 2 1/2. That's a good rack for a young deer, or at least for where I hunt.

Well all in favor of 2.5 say I and I agree also that he already has some potential I'm gonna set my sites on hopefully finding his sheds this weekend fingers crossed the broken main beam will be a dead giveaway but does that mean around December this year he will be a 3 1/2 year old I've got a great mineral site going and I'm anxious to see how this guy will turn out come Oct Nov. Thanks for all the input guys.

I am guessing 2.5 as well. He has some good potential!
