I just ordered my ground hog max from www.groundhogmax.com

I cannot wait to put some food plots in with this bad boy. I'll keep anyone interested updated with it's use. Great reviews thus far.

What kind of ATV are you using and what are you planning for the hitch?

Hopefully it works for you... We ordered one a few years back and it broke into two pieces after using it for about a half hour. Best of luck to you!

I've done quite a bit of research on them. It sounds like the guys that get good hitch set-ups love them. The guys that just use standard hitch setups hate them.

I have the ground hog max and put a Kolpin receiver on my Polaris sportsman 500. I used it once last September on a small plot I put winter rye in. It works pretty good, I think the key is make sure everything is killed by roundup. Scoot

I own a groundhog max ! It is the **** ! It eats dirt ! Also have a sportsman 700 but mine doesnt have a stock hitch it has the utility hole. So I have the 20 inch receiver tube bolted up and ready to go ! Cannot wait to do some work myself ! I did my plots last year with my buddies rincon. Just remember not to go crazy with your first time disking. Back up onto a couple 4×4's and adjust the max, just dont drop it down all the way. Adjust it and drive off to check how much your disking. You will probabaly want to go about 10-15 mph. I saw the difference in the first pass around the plot and really didnt adjust it after that. [IMG]
