    When is the best time to setup groundblinds before the season? I was thinking 3 weeks to a month before the season but I'm not sure on this as this is my first year hunting out of ground blinds

    around 1 to 2 months for deer, Turkey's don't seem to care if you set them up on the morning of the hunt....

    I would put them in as soon as possible. Leave windows open to allow the best air flow through them.

    If you can get them set up early and then brush them in, I find that the grasses tend to grow up around them and it makes them look even more like they belong there.
