Does anyone use ground blinds when hunting public land. I use ground blinds when i can set them out before season and can get the deer used to them. I am very skeptical about carrying one in with me but since the trees where i wanna hunt have to many limbs to use a climber stand.

Its much harder due to you now wanting to leave a blind out there. Only way I do it is I build a homemade blind for the early season and conceal it well

I agree, go in now or soon and build some natural blinds with the surrounding brush and clear some shooting lanes and when the season comes you might have to clean up some more lanes but you'll be ready to go and won't have to worry about anyone taking your blind or the deer getting used to it, good luck.

I am in the same boat...I know some of the OK lands I want to hunt are not going to present a great chance for tree stands so ground blind it is and hopefully it works out for me!

Definitely build some natural blinds. I know here in PA you cant even take a blind, camera or stand into the woods without it being stolen. It really is a shame because I would like to hunt some public lands but I don't for that reason. But good luck with the blind and hopefully you kill a big one.
