    I just purchased 6 discontinued broadheads from Grim Reaper, when I opened the package of one the center blade was real crooked in the tip. I took it apart and the small front blade was machined wrong. I e-mailed them and asked if they could send me a new center blade. They told me NO. They insisted they send me a complete new broadhead. GREAT service, A .50cent part would have made me happy, I will buy from them again. Oh Yeah, The broadheads look awesome.

    That's great to hear. I like to hear stuff like this out, positive or negative. I've been in the warranty industry for many many years now (auto and industrial industries though). It's even better that it's a Mathews company, which is why I would expect grim reaper to have great customer service. I've only heard of a few companies in this industries that do not have exceptional customer service.

    Good to hear that, I haven't had to deal with that with the Grim Reapers, but good to know they stand by their word. Thanks for
