I'll make this quick...do any of you shoot GR's? Bow was tuned in real nice for me, everything was sited in with field tips, put on the Grim Reaper practice blade, perfect...Same as my field tips. Shot the first deer of the season about a week ago, and at 43 yards of flight, the broadhead whistled through the air and whistled loud! Shot wasn't quite where I was aiming, but recovered the animal. Went back to the house just to "make sure" everything was still good, and the shots were a little different, not horrible but about 3 inches at 30. Adjusted everything and its all good now, but whats up with these, and more importantly, whats up with the noise??
first time i'm using GR this year also...i have no problems either....mine is tuned perfectly and flys exactly like fieldtips...mine is the whitetail special 2" ss
im shooting the grim raper razortip ss haven't let one fly through a deer yet but they look devastating
