I want to say back about April me and Greg both set out to get a bit healthier. Greg to get in better shape and myself to lose weight if I remember correctly. At the time I was 246lbs on a 6' frame and just felt like crap. Well I had set my goal to be 200lbs by the Wisconsin bow season opener which is today. I will going out this afternoon. Well I have come up short on my goal but I have manage to get down to 221lbs with a weight loss of 25lbs. So my new goal is to be down to 200lbs by the WIsconsin gun season opener on Nov 21st. How did I do this you ask, well I started out by going to a 1600-1800 per day calorie intake. This was fine except on my days off where rolling rock or miller chill tasted good by the camp fire. I believe this is what held me up from my ultimate goal. Now my workouts consisted of my first two days when I started walking in the morning for 40-50 minutes and doing the same in the afternoon. On the 3rd day walk in the morning then in the afternoon using light weights do a total body workout with a lot of reps. The 4th day would be a rest day. Then start the whole process again. Then this last 2 weeks I have joined snap fitness again (24 hour health club) and printed from their website a 2 week workout that just kicks some but. Weights every other day 6 days a week and on the other days I would do 8 sprints consisting of sprinting for 20 seconds and resting for 40. Once my 8 were complete then 30 minutes of cardio using the fat burn option on the equipment. I just wanted to share what worked for me and if anyone interested in this give it a try. I would also like to thank Greg for inspiring me due to the fact for awhile their he was posting his workouts on facebook and I have to tell you what I did above was nothing compared to his workouts so GREG thanks man. I believe if I did his I would be probably 175 by now, lol T

Hey Tony! Appreciate the shout-out, and I'm REALLY glad to hear of your own success!! As you know, I had to take a bit of a break after having my rib nearly broken during a sparring session, but I'm completely healed now and ready to get back after it hard again now so you'll see me start making some more of my workout comments on FB again. Keep it up bro; can't wait to see you again and we can marvel at how skinny each of us is the next time we meet!
