Ive been in here a couple times and am always impressed with their selection. They have just about every subsection of the fishing arts covered, which is impressive. It seems that every time I've been in here though customer service worsens.I had given it a couple frustrating go arounds, but after today I'm done with OPS. After trying to get some advice on buying a couple reels and getting stone-walled I decided I would take my business somewhere else. I returned my roll of fluro to the back wall at which point the clerk told me to empty my jacket and accused me of shoplifting! Infuriating and embarassing I turned my jacket out and was still told I was "not welcome". Well, sounds like I never have been Long story short, this place is out of the way and has a chip on its shoulder the size of a sturgeon. Please do yourself a favor and support some other tackle shop, they all need your help in the battle againat sports authority and walmart. Great luck out there. cheap printer ink cartridges*
