On the bright side, there was progress shown in Hundley. While he did have happy feet in the pocket, that is normal for young QBs. He made some throws into tight coverage, and when they were in the hurry up where McCarthy isn't looking at his play sheet and Hundley was just allowed to play, they had success. If the play calling doesn't get opened up for him, the calls for McCarthy's job will only get louder.
When over 70% of your passes are at 5 yards or closer....that is absolutely not going to win games. Doesn't matter if AR is there or not. Open it up, you got nothing to lose except more games. Happy I don't have ESPN and went to bed early because I'd probably broke my radio.
You did not have to do a punt return, our punter is really good. Well done keeping him on the sidelines.
crosby? The radio announcers (was listening to Detroit's broadcast came in best) said it was a terrible snap, not true?
My brother is a big Lions fan...he was like now that AR is down wanna get tickets for the Detroit game and go together.....I didn't find it as humorous.
I was actually hoping Green Bay was going to win last night. Detroit's schedule for the rest of the year is pretty easy compared to Minnesota's. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Anyone happen to see how empty the stadium was near the end of the game? Gotta love those loyal fans/"owners" who rag on other teams fans for leaving early and now it's their turn. "The most faithful fans in the world."
Jake the Packers play football outside with no roof (the way the game was intended) the weather was not ideal and the score so why stay? The fans probably were in the HOF admiring the Lombardi's, something you will never be able to relate to, the trophies are beautiful to behold.
