I think we need to open the offense a bit and utilize the players we have. Hundley would be great for the read-option with his running ability. We have a bruiser RB in Jones for the regular formations and Monty/Cobb are both WRs who can line up in the backfield and do all kinds of stuff given the opportunity. I did notice they used Cobb in motion alot but only as a decoy.

Receivers like Nelson and Adams are really hurting because they have learned to run complicated routes and are used to having the ball show up in perfect timing...this is no longer possible and its blatantly obvious. Simple routes from here on out. Screens, Slants, Curls.

There were a few times we went run run run punt. Thats just asinine.

Defense did a decent job creating turnovers early but we didnt capitalize and the Saints eventually got our number and put up some points which we knew they would.

2 weeks to fix this thing and make it competitive.

I still think even if he goes .500 as a starter he won't garner more than a 3rd IMO...but if packaged with another pick and organization feels AR is here for another 4 or 5 I say trade him for whatever before we lose everything despite I kinda like the kid.

I agree....too conservative in just not passing hardly at all. I mean how many yards does Brees have this year from set up screens, quick slants and such? If it is good enough for Brees one of the best slingers in the NFL, it should be for GB and Hundley.

I only got to watch the first half, and Hundley's balls weren't ugly...but timing just isn't there. You saw some drops that I attribute to just the fact his ball spins and slings differently than AR obviously. There was one to Geronimo I swear his body and hands expected the ball to reach him about a half a second quicker.

I like Hundley's demeanor and the appearance at least that the moment wasn't bigger than what he THINKS he can handle...simply put it ended up ugly, play calling was questionable and for the GB to win more Hundley's arm has gotta be trusted a little more and slants and screens have gotta be used. I mean with guys like Monty and Cobb on the roster quicks are beautiful for these guys.

Still saying 8 wins is the realistic goal for me...9 within reach but gotta get a lot better obviously.

We never utilize screens. But we have the best blocking TE in the game and 2 super shifty slit WRs (Cobb and Monty when he’s lined out wide). Get them the ball and make them create.

Aaron Jones is the obvious future of our running game and I believe we need to use Monty back at WR now.

Idk what the coaching staff is thinking... Ty Montgomery touched the ball 5 times and saw 7 snaps all game. His injury still hurting him??

Jones is just out performing him.

That’s why I’m calling for a switch back to receiver. He has a lot of talent.

8 wins not likely and there will be no trade of Brett, the Packers could not get better than the 5th he was so no trade value.

Jones is slashing holes better than him plain and simple...but the lack of snaps shows me yes his injury still is lingering. He is extremely gifted and I really would love to see him used more in a hyrbid role of RB/WR...shift him out of the backfield...maybe even mix a few plays where he and Jones are split in the backfield.

On a positive note, by seeing only 7 snaps he didn’t have to come out of the game injured. I swear every game he gets dinged and has to leave the field. I’m in no way calling him soft. I think it’s just some bad luck for him.

Hundley has to be smarter when he takes off running and slide feet first. On the play he scored you can tell the defender let up because he thought Hundley was going to run out of bounds. Any future defenders might not give him the benefit of the doubt and light him up.

With a practice squad qb for a back up I cringe when I see Brett run.

I am sure you are not aware of the relationship with the American Legion Post in Green Bay. Up until the mid 1990's if the Packers were to be sold the American Legion Post right near the stadium was to receive the proceeds of the sale, that was modified. Needless to say no thanks, and to be honest what has Colin done since the losing SB to justify a roster spot? He has been god awful.

Well it is the bye week the team is going nowhere this season, why not fire Dom today? I would have done it 4 years ago but today is as good as any day to get it right.

IF you are going to...this is the best season to do it. I'm bummed more this year than the other year AR went down...our RB with Jones was becoming solid, WRs are performing....LBs are playing awesome....DBs progressing.....really liked the direction this team was heading....oh well 2018 we trust in. :)

Ty are you watching different game film than me? LB's playing awesome? Peppers has more sacks than Clay, Haha (this crap is not funny) has regressed, the D-backs progressed from bad to worse. Typical Packer D under Dom, exotic blitz packages that don't get home, coverage is soft points and yards given up.

Nit at all Sota..Clay is eating up doubles, forcing plays inside and tackling better...sacks are glorified sure but don't let them overshadow solid play.

Middle LBs are stinking tearing it up and in my opinion DBs have not in anyway gotten worse from last year...

Guess we are watching different games. LOL

We havnt got as many sacks as we should have and I’m not impressed with the DB play but Blake Martinez is doing great.

Why has HaHa regressed? He was supposed to make a jump this year.

Just read an article where Brett got out hunting last week, shot a doe and butchered it. It should not surprise me but it is always good to hear that an athlete is a real person and enjoys the hobbies us common folk do.
