This is a packers thread, I'll say this about Rogers on a serious note. A friend once told me Tiger Woods was the best golfer ever about 8 years ago. I said no Jack is the best until Tiger has more majors and wins. We now know how Tiger turned out. We don't know what will happen with Rogers in the future, but right now today I would take him.

As much as I love Jordy Nelson, he won’t finish with the career numbers of Wayne or Harrison. Matthews is a good football player but severely overrated by non Packers fans. Peppers was 36. Chuck Woodson was one of the greatest corners ever, I’ll give you that one no doubt. BJ Raji was a waste of a draft pick. 1 elite year and an early retirement. I do not hate the Packers and have said that multiple times. Rogers does not have the stats to prove he is the best ever and I have pointed that out every time. If you want to say Rogers could be the best ever I wouldn't say anything because he has time to change that but right now he has not. If you want to say he is the greatest fantasy football QB I wouldn't argue but that doesn't make him the greatest ever!
Best ever what does that mean. Marino was probably the best passer and under today's rules would be throwing for 7000 yards, hell he could probably stand in the pocket like Brady does at his age today. I would love to see Randall Cunningham play in today's nfl also, his combination of running and throwing would probably put Rodgers to shame.
Marino was awesome but doesn't get mentioned enough any more with the greats because he didn't win a ring. Randall was my favorite QB. It was incredible watching him play.
Great post. I’ll stand down and say that Rodgers is the best in the game right now. As far as GOAT status, he’s in the middle of his legacy building. I for one and going to enjoy seeing it all unfold. This week we play the Vikes, let’s focus on that.
