First I don't take anything personally, some may not me. If Sota messages me and asked for my help I would gladly do it. It's ok not to agree with someone and still help each other an be friends. It's how this country used to be, not anymore.

"Let's just enjoy football. Or boycott the NFL if you like. " This won't happen, if you're not with the herds, well you're out.

I thank you for your service and I will stand and honor you every time sir!!

I still can't believe that some people thought the Bears had a chance going into last nights game. I hope the fans of other teams in the division took the time to appreciate the great history of the two franchises on the field, without those two teams the other teams would not had a league to play in. The Bears are the Packers true rivals not the other expansion franchises.

Also want to say congrats to Clay for becoming the Packers all time sack leader.

Thought we might miss the Bears not having Cutler, but Glennon was able to continue the tradition of Bears QB's being the Packers most valuable defensive player.

It was amazing going into the game the series history, tied in wins and losses and the points scored over the era within 5 points for each team.

As far as injuries the Packers have 9 days to heal and adjust, then a game against a underperforming team, then an unofficial bye week against the vikings.

As another vet (that served back in the 80's), thank you for your sacrifice. I didn't see combat but did see some unnice parts of the world so I can only imagine the pain that you must feel.

    As for your comments, DITTO!!

You know,. I never understood the term "strip sack". How can it be a sack if the QB doesn't have the ball? Just a nice sounding made up stat?

Noting against Clay. He is a monster!

I just wonder how many Packers can be hurt to the point where they can't even beat the Browns. The injuries are getting a little ridiculous.

Excellent post, Germ. I have a **** ton of liberal friends whom I would do anything for. We have more in common than not. Again, thank you for showing "we" can argue and still be solid citizens/friends with each other.

Great win. Our defense is starting to show some promise, although we did let them march down the field in garbage time.

Congrats to Clay, although he’s not the player he once was. A healthy Perry is the dominant pass rusher on this team.

Aaron Jones will be fine for a few weeks although we need Monty back for the playoffs.

Rodgers is Rodgers, made it look easy.

And prayers for Adams. Let’s pray for no long term side effects. We don’t need another Nick Collins/Jermichal Finley/Sam Shields type of situation where a young starts career is prematurely ended.

I will add, if this team is 100% come December, we will have a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl. All these injuries are making others step up (Josh Hawkins, Josh Jones, Aaron Jones).

A healthy Packers team is always in contention for a super bowl simply because of Rodgers and the weapons he has at his disposal.

I look at advanced statistics for fantasy football (fanduel and DraftKings) and it doesn't matter if Rodgers has a bad pocket or good pocket... His rating is basically the same. Other QBs like Flacco and Carr have a qb rating of below 20 when their pocket is "bad" or collapsing and like 90+ when the pocket is good. Rodgers it doesn't matter... he is always just plain great. That keeps a team in contention always.

Reality can be so complex that equally valid observations from differing perspectives can appear to be contradicatory.

Brooks coming in, game slowing down for Martinez has really helped the entire LBs. Ryan has been asked to be less of a pass cover now as well, which plays better to his game...he is really the Hawk we had but didn't have to waste a high draft pick on.

    -----

The injuries are just flat out getting ridiculous...I mean when you enter a game with 4 of your Tackles along the OL out (Murphy, Bahk, Bulaga, Spriggs) that already is bad...but than add in all the rest and it is just amazing we managed to beat anyone. No excuses and get out and play got the job done.

For sure....without Rodgers this team is most likely bottom 25% of the league. Plain and simple.
