Here is the story I bought a game cart from Ameristep... I was taking down a stand and decided to use the cart to haul it out of the woods. The cart was rated for 300 lbs. , but it broke halfway through. The steel frame tore apart. After contacting the company and told them what happened and also sent pictures. Turns out I put the dang thing together wrong. They said not to worry and sent me out a new frame and I got it 3 days later. I think that's great customer service and more companies should be like this.
Always great to hear of a company that still cares about the customer. They are becoming harder to find these days.

I thrive on good customer service. A couple weeks ago I got such rude treatment from a well known shoe/hunting boot manufacturer(AKA:Irish Setter,Red Wing Shoes) that I will never buy a product of theirs in the future. If that is how they treat customers, they don't deserve my money or support. Bear archery is great though, I have dealt with them in the past and get friendly quick help.
Fourwheelparts.com, gorilla stands, and Taurus are about the only customer service standouts in the resent years for me. Excellent to hear about ANY company now adays with good service. Way to go!
