Sell me on these guys....are they worth the cash?

The Outfiters Line looks to be a little out of my price range, but the Northwoods Line seems to be more reasonable.

I've been wearing fleece pants and jackets for the last 5 years, and I love it. So I was kind of leaning towards staying with fleece. I don't NEED a new outer layer, but I'm always open to trying something that may improve my hunting.

I'm gonna drop the hammer on some Outfitter wool, as soon as I hit the lottery.

I get colder, as I get older.

Is it worth it? Hard to answer. It's the best camo I've ever seen/worn. But, is it worth +/- $400 for a Predator wolfskin camo suit?

Hard to say. I'm glad I don't have to buy camo often.

It is all I purchase for outerwear. I have a large variety of pieces from them in every lining option. If you have any specific questions I will help best I can.

I do not however own any fleece from GWW. Only Wolfskin although I used to own some of their wool.

I can only comment on the Wolfskin. Simply put, I doubt you can find a better fabric out there. Repels water very well, doesn't collect burrs, and is dead quiet. Combine it with the wind barrier and its the perfect clothing IMO.

As for GWW themselves. They are top notch. The clothing is built to be bomb proof, with heavy duty stitching and reinforcements where its needed most, but also heavy duty snaps and zippers. He builds your clothing to fit YOU and it shows. Mine fit great and have taken a beating in the 5 years that I've owned it. Nonetheless, it still looks like new with the exception of the insides of the pant cuffs being worn in a little (I always wear out that part of a pair of pants)

I HIGHLY recommend GWW to everyone who is really serious about getting ultra high quality clothing. Sure, you can get cheaper clothing elsewhere, but if you want stuff that is built to last and can be tailored to you and how you hunt, GWW is the stuff.

If there is one downfall that I have found to fleece, it is picking all the burrs off after each hunt.

Anyone have any idea if they will be at the Illinois Deer and Turkey Classic?

Jeff's never done the IL Deer & Turkey Classic... he does, however, do the Wisconsin one.

Big diff. is you won't be able to get the KOTM (I don't think) in camo patterns.

If you want to hear some testimonials on KOTM, go over to Tradgang.com. Lots of guys there love it and use the heck out of it.

Heck, ask Jeff (owner of GWW). He's a member of tradgang (so, he's familiar with KOTM) and I'd trust him to give me an honest comparison.
