    He may have done the world a favor there. During my last year of law school I assisted with an attempted murder trial. Scum bag bleed out 3 times and still lived. The prosecutor said he wished he could have charged the defendant with "failing" in that case. IMO i say public hanging is long overdue for a come back.

    because even though the death penalty is in place the moron will still sit there like 10-15 years before ever getting executed. that is if he did not get a plea bargain for life in prison instead. in a case like that march their butt out of the courtroom straight to the execution chamber.
