    So you voted Libertarian?

You are way off. College kids do not vote in mass numbers and neither do blacks. Obama was voted into office by educated, middle to upper class, urban, white liberals.

It was said Obamacare would save the average american 2500 a year. Latest numbers are that it will cost the average anerican about 7500 more.

Looks like that aquaintance is slightly above that.:D

Compromise with dems on bamacare and budget...hmmm...well from my POV compromising with Socialists just gets you a lesser degree of socialism.

Actually I don't, but I like how you think others can just free load Healthcare of the rest of us:) one of the few items I like is forcing people to take responsibility for THEIR healthcare instead of just showing up at an ER.

I am for getting rid of the mandate as long as ER are not forced to treat those without insurance. How fair is it to Hospital to be forced to treat people on their dime?

look again it was the minority/woman vote who won the election for Obama. The 18-99 Pct(19) was very low for the entire voting population.

Gary, I find it funny you're using a poll to make your point.:D

Thanks for proving my point, republicans and independents showed up at a lower percentage than dems as well as the retired, which tend to vote republican as well.

Republicans need to put a conservative out there and quit trying to pander to the left.

If they do, they will lose again. Watch Chris C from NJ just keep drifting towards the middle, it's already started. He knew as well as Romney he could not when from the right, in fact I still believe it was the Primary that cost him the election, he had to drift way to the right and lost of women vote.

I am of the opinion the drifting to the middle is what is costing them.

Certain groups just won't vote for a Republican regardles of their policies.(the poor being one which heavily supported obama, ,regardless of what the dem policies have done to them) Republicans have a large base and they need them to show up. In their minds, why show up for another moderate. (Liberal)

They need to get back to their conservative roots. They need a true leader of conservative values, like Reagan and they will win in a landslide.

I would consider a Libertarian candidate if one existed. Nice job on the stereotyping. I never said black people. I said Low income people this includes whites, Mexicans, Indians, Native Americans and any other low income American. And they do vote in mass numbers when their welfare checks are in jeopardy. The only thing I didn't mention was the woman vote and the number show that played a huge roll in the outcome. Woman want there abortion rights. Now they get government mandated health care to go along with it. Hope they like the bill at the end of the month.

When you get aligned with morons who state rape pregnancy is what God intended, you are going to lose the largest voting population, women.

Republicans are losing on their far right ideals, if they dropped abortion they would not lose IMO. No one could argue Mitts economical policies, he was dead on about what to do.

I don't want to pay for every one to go to the doctor when they have an STD from sleeping around. I think State and Federal Heath care systems should be cut in half. Don't mandate me to get health insurance to force someone else to get it. It's backwards reasoning. Just cut State funded health care. Let people figure it out for themselves.

That is not what he said. That is what the media said he meant. He even apologized to those that thought that is what he meant. I Watched the apology personally.

He meant that god gives life, and in the case of rape, if a life starts , THAT was God's will. Not the rape itself.

But of course , the media played it up to make the republicans look bad.

Abortion should basically be a non issue and easily avoidable.

The president can't change the law so that is all they need to say. I can't change it; regardless of my personal feelings.

Of course, he just needs to make sure he makes the right supreme court nominations.:)

Just look at your poll, the base didn't show up.

The woman vote did go obamas way but it wasn't a huge factor imo.

If the base had shown up, it would have easily offset the woman vote.

Clearly putting moderates out there isn't working so why not get back to your roots (base) ?

And considering he was dead on with the most important issue and still lost, tells me his moderate views elsewhere were the problem.

Hell, healthcare was at the bottom of the list.

OK who is was paying for it before 2014? I'll give you a hint, it was you.

Everyone sleeps around, how do I get in on this action? State funded healthcare in not the issue, people who could walk into a private hospitals ER by law have to be treated, who paid for that?

Yet on the other side of the argument, you have people who openly support partial birth abortions. So, you have extremes on both sides.

The problems with Obamacare go way beyond mandating individuals to have insurance.

I personally don't have a huge issue with that but can understand why some do.

How are they going to mandate illegals to have it?
