Pelosi also said that even though she did not know what all was in the Obamacare bill, it was important to get it passed into law. People are electing people who vote on new laws without taking the time to understand what the bill says. That is plain stupidity on not only the politician's part, but also the part of the people who voted for them.
Isnt it interesting that the rates are actually HIGHER for a large segment of the population compared to what they can get now through the existing plans. Nothing at all like we were promised. Hmmmmm..........this seems to be a pattern with the current administration. The rest of us are starting to look stupid for not heading out to Washington and demanding that every last one of them leave without a pension. Its fundamental knowledge that our Congress is not allowed to pass any law that they themselves are not subject to, yet they do it over and over again. Every time I hear the word "government" I think of the scene from We Were Soldiers when the helicopter shows up atop the mountain during the charge. I also think about the weekly task of shoveling the dog crap from my back yard before I mow grass.

Government mandated healthcare?! They will penalize me if I don't have healthcare buy Jan 1 2014. This is not Freedom people! This is Tyranny. YES MAD. No we should not wavier. Obama Care should have never been made law. I don't like the Federal Government telling me how I must spend my money when most of Americans are AGAINST it. Shut it down. Send them all home without pay. Not retro-pay either. For either side. No pay for the president. This is the biggest farce of a law I've ever seen. Not to mention the spending. If I spent more than I made as much as the Government, I'd be out on the street. Oh wait never mind. Obama would take care of me...What a joke.

Obama Care was NOT the reason Obama got re-elected. He takes care of the people who won't take care of themselves and some people like the idea of a big federal government telling them where to pee.

I'm just tired of both sides of our government not doing their jobs, not looking out for the people who pay their salaries, they are just looking for more ways to line their pockets with perks and bennys that the average Joe cannot even think about getting. As far as Obamacare, I think it should be rammed down the government workers throats since they are supposed to have the same benefits as the American people according to the constitution !!! Their needs to be a complete and utter clean sweep of the government to get it back to what it should have been from the very beginning, for the people, by the people and of the people !! Label me as disgusted with any and all office holders right now !!!

Lets be honest here. The un-informed voter was the difference in the election. If everyone did their own research people would have realized how unqualified Obama was to be president. They dont, and we are going to pay the price for generations.
I oppose anything that entails the Federal Government telling me I must have health care, how many bullets I can carry, or what kind of toilet paper I have to buy. I oppose a big federal government. And don't give me that line about being way off. We all know who voted Obama into office. College kids and other lower income individuals.
While I agree with the all are worthless quote,let me go on the record and state that I know a thing or two about healthcare since I work as a healthcare consultant for hospitals. We work nationally. I am a director at my company as well and have employee sponsored coverage, while my wife who is a NP at the largest hospital system in the state has her own insurance and pays to insure the kids. We live in healthcare. This is the worst, ill-conceived piece of garbage legislation ever thrust upon americans. It is forcing you to purchase a product from a private company, period. We have a limited number of contract workers at our office. One guy a former VP at a large hospital chain is semi-retired and does some interim work for us. He was paying $608 per month for him and his wife. He recieved his new quote this morning. It will now be $1,440.00. He got a 130% increase. I remember hearing the president saying you could keep your plan and it would save you money. It is a lie.
