So the shop called and they got my draw length mods in for the mathews mr6 I just bought. Got it set up with my new hha sight and started shooting. I have to say. WOW. Was shooting my 370 grain arrows at 286 fps with a 29.5" draw and 55 lb weight. On top of that, once I got my sight adjusted, that bow was driving tacks. Very, Very Nice! You have the big brother to my five...Driving Tacks! I lost two pounds over the year and went to the shop. 68# 416 grain arrow, 315 fps avg. on six through the crono.
Went out shooting again this afternoon. Just stacked up arrows at 20 yards. I'm doing a metro hunt and need to qualify for sharpshooter (5 consecutive arrows in a 4" circle). I think the mr6 just edged out my helim and if I keep shooting like this I will pass that test no sweat. I had to shoot my 5th arrow at a different spot or risk busting nocks.
