    If they are worried about three acres of beans they can come find me. Seriously they can! I have spoken to several farmers before planting harvested beans and there is nothing that can be done as long as I'm not growing to harvest the beans.

    They can and have done anything they want. Since these seed companies have all the money to sue anybody they want, you want no part of it. All I am saying is do what you want, but if it were me, and since I am in the biz, I wouldn't be boasting about it.

    So your in the business. No wonder why the warning.:) I'm in the business of letting people know how they can save money. Foodplots can be very expensive unless we find a way around the expense. I have news for you, there aren't many farmers unwilling to make an extra buck ($) these days. There are a lot of foodplotters looking to save money from $45 a bag soybeans. I'm not even sure what brand of soybeans they are from but they grew well last year. The deer and turkeys also loved them.:)

    I'm not a fan of MO but he's giving you solid advice, in this case discretion is the better part of valor. There's no need to poke the bear, in this case the bear is a T-Rex with PMS.
