Congrats again Matt. He looks great. Great job with the photography too. The background of the barn really makes the mount stand out.

    michaelp, thanks!

Rick, haha, although I can't relate to the latter, it certainly was worth the wait:)

Backcountry, thanks, and good luck chasing this fall!

Buck Magnet, thanks bud. I wish I could keep him in that spot for good, but I don't think I want it hanging outside on my barn:D

Iowa Bowhunter, thanks. The guy who did the work doesn't advertise, there's no signs on his house, it's just word of mouth, but man the 3 mounts I've seen personally (my dad's, his friends, and mine) have all been exceptional, and they were all done about 6 years apart. Unfortunately, this is probably his last year doing taxi work.

    Arkansas Bowhunter, thanks!

Rybo thanks, and yeah, I love his right G4.

Huck, thanks! Ideally, I would have a room in the house with some rough cut paneling, but maybe my next house.

Vito, well thanks for the kind words.

Ben, haha, you certainly would know. What a stressful 12 hours that was. I owe a big thanks to you and Rob for coming up on such short notice.

Greg, thanks! I'm pretty anxious myself, even maybe a little more so now that he's back:D

    OHBowhunter, thanks!

Fitz, you know it! Especially when you aren't sure he went down:o

    bigbuckdown and hoytuser, thanks!

Quick, thanks! I would love to say it wasn't mostly luck involved in taking this deer, but I would be lying. Hopefully I can repeat again this year.

FEB, shed, finch, hoyt'n'it, thanks guys!

Huntingbry, thanks! Like I said above, I really wish I had a room in the house like that. Maybe in my next one:)

    Rory, thanks!

There is a good solution Matt... just rip that section of the barn off and make it a new interior wall in your house:p

    Nice mount!

I've now realized my need for a barn door. Not necassarily an entire barn.. but a barn door none the same specifically for taking photos of my mounts on.

Excellent point, plus it's cheaper than building the whole barn:tu:
