Shot her on Dec 1st, 2008 at a little over 100 yards with my custom made .280. My first coyote ever....hopefully not my last. Before... After... I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. After taking these photo's I took it inside and fluffed the hair up a bit and it looks even better. I also added one of my shed antlers to the base
Sweet, ya gotta love the full body mounts on a Coyote! Congrats bro, good choice! Find yourself a shed or old skull and place in in there somewhere and see how it looks!
Thanks guys... I am really happy with it. I can't say enough about my taxidermist... great turn around time, great price, great work, and an overall great guy! Joe, I added a shed to it, laying right behind the rock and it really make the mount "pop" even more!
Ryan, he really impressed me with this one. I am going to get some better photos of the mount this weekend. The hide was still a little damp when I picked it up, I used a hair dryer on the cool setting to dry it up fully and it really helped fluff the fur up.... it looks awsome. I am more impressed by him with every animal he does for me, his turn around time is crazy, and his prices are awsome... not too many guys that will sell a full body coyote mount with a habitat base for $413.63 after taxes!!!! He had a couple other coyotes that he was working on, one was almost bleach blonde and the other was mostly black... he also has a really cool badger rug on the wall.
Jason that yote and that mount is beautiful!!! Congrats on him and what an addition to your home he will be..
