    Isiah have you called yout Taxi? Normal average is 1 years time. Considering once the hide is tanned it's a few days work at most. Between 6 months to a year otherwise I would be asking him whats up? Thats a long time to wait for Christmas.

    Depends on the taxidermist. Some taxidermists are backed up 2 years with work and some aren't as fortunate, but still do good work. My pal had a shop and he did great work, but wasn't able to stay open long enough because he wasn't getting enough business. Also a lot of taxidermists like to do all the prep work at once and then they will spend several months mounting.
