Oops, sorry, I forgot all about that.

In my own defense I have been pretty busy though. In between killing turkeys and roosters I have been trying to kill enough deer. During non-hunting times I have been up in this old oak slowly cutting it down before it falls on the house. That doesn't even count regular stuff LOL.

I have the tractor all uncovered and I'll get pictures ta multiple angles and then write down the dimensions. Kind of quick and dirty plans.

But first I am hunting this afternoon when I get home and that will be until dark. After I get home from the morning hunt tomorrow I'll try and get the pics and stuff done but if I get a deer tonight or in the morning then Thta gets moved back down the list LOL :) .

Oh yeah, the broad breasted bronze turkeys dressed out right at 40 lbs. One whole breast weight 17 lbs. I am going to cover that in bacon and put it in the smoker with some applewood.

If you get the BBB's then I would suggest timing it so that they are no more than 4 months and 3.5 would probably be better yet. The 5 month olds were just so big that they were a little difficult to work with.

I only raised bbw. Other than color are they much different? The one bbw tom I let grow too much, I had to cut in half to get him in the oven.

No difference at all between the white and bronze except color. I say we had bbb but one of them was actually a bbw. I guess they got the eggs mixed up.

The one our friends cooked for Thanksgiving they deboned the breast and roasted the rest of the body. Cooked the breast separately.
