I am sitting about thirty yards from a creek that the deer love to travel along, and I see this nice buck walking my way from the right about sixty yards away. As he gets to about forty i can clearly see he is a very nice 8 that is about 9-10 in tall and he is about 18 in wide. He is walking in the perfect direction, and is going to present about a 20 yard shot once he clears this last little tree. Instead of walking where i wanted him to he decided to come straight at me once he cleared the trees. He got to about 10 yards and saw me up in the tree. He ran out of there pretty quick once that happened. Im pretty disappointed, but that hunting right. All i can do is try and get him next time.
