I shot Muzzy MX-4's my first few years. Got some kills...lost 2-3 deer though, one I know for sure didnt penetrate the shoulder enough for a clean kill (some other factors involved too).

Then switched to the Rage 2 blade for the last 4 years or so. I liked the damage they did but the broadhead itself was very flimsy. It made noise and sometimes the blades popped out on there own. I can for sure say that I straight gut shot one deer with them and she died within 200 yards after an hour.

I think i am switching to NAP this year. My buddy just bought the Toxic fixed blade heads so I will get to see them in action too

Love the NAP killzones. I had used rage and the muzzy mx4 before as well. killzones get the job done better imo

I have shot 2 blade bears, 3 blade thunderheads, 3 blade muzzys, 2 blade rage and now I love the swhackers. They all worked pretty good. The rage never held up after being shot, but some don't care about that. The swhackers are ugly, rigid and work well for me. I have always shot 125 grain.

Thanks. Being a sniper is a tough job physically and mentally. Best bet is to look into MARSOC. Good Luck.

I used thunderheads for years, but don't like how they fly. Only one or two per pack would fly perfect. Switched to NAP killzones this year. And the practice tip flies just like my field tips at 40 yards.

I haven't tried the Cs's but the original Montec's is what I am shooting right now and I can't complain on arrow flight. Slight noise in flight but nothing to bad. I can't comment on how they do on deer but maybe I can do that in about 11 days!!:bhod:

I've been using the gf montec and the montec cs's for five years. Haven't lost a deer and always a good blood trail. They fly very nice IMO and are very tough

I use the 180 grain Snuffer. Have taken many deer with that broadhead the past 40 years with no loses. When hit with a Snuffer the deer usually go down in less than 50 yards. Have dropped 2 in their tracks with the Snuffer.
