Let me start with i am no expert shooter, and do not try to act like I know everything, but i have a tip that helped me immensly, and it will probably help others.
it is pretty simple, yet it works. Ive always shot with my hand closed around the bow, because i could never get used to the style that i had always been shown, to point all my fingers out to the target, and either rely on my instincts to catch my bow or the wrist strap to catch the bow after the shot.
the new way i have found is to put the pressure of the bow on the "meat" of my thumb, then place my index finger tip into the tip of my thumb, leaving the other three fingers just curled a little. so basically just make a ring around the handle with the index finger and the thumb, but dont hold it, let the weight of the bow pushing into your thumb hold it in the cradled ring.

I know its an easy tip, but i never thought about shooting this way and it really made my shooting a lot better. i was hitting my arrows together out to 30 (normally i can barely do that at 20)
and shot my broadheads to practice, and sliced the vanes off of my arrows.

Hopefully this will help some people out.
