    I wasn't expecting to get a text from the taxidermist for a couple of months but was damn happy with the surprise. Will be heading over to pick him up in the next week or two :)

    Thought my daughter was going to draw a bear tag but she did not. I will be hunting my lease in SE MN and some in Buffalo County. My son will draw his Iowa tag this year. I really misjudged a buck on my lease that was VERY KILLABLE and never hunted him. I did try to get my daughter on him during the youth season. I saw him from a distance during our gun season and just thought to myself OH ****! You cant see all of his points here, he is a 10. If something special doesn't show up I will concentrate on him early.
