I guess I cant give you tips on how it happens or how to fix it but two of my buddies have SX3s and they jam and or don't cycle the next shell way too often. They clean them regularly too. It also seems to be quite picky with shell selection. Hopefully they have bad apples and you have better luck with yours! Always fun getting a new toy!
Great gun, cant go wrong with anything Browning makes IMO(if you didn't know browning makes Winchester guns). Make sure you keep the mag tube clean of carbon build up, shoot it wet,and it will shoot forever.
