So earlier this year I got the onXmaps app on my iPhone. It was absolutely splendid. I was letting it rain waypoints!!! I must've had 50 on that one property. Not only that but I was getting way back there like 3 miles into some nasty public land. I just put 6 trail cameras out about 3 weeks ago. I was telling everyone I know about how in love I was with this app. It was accurate and I could tag my pics easily... I just could go on and on about this but I'm about to make that turn. Just had to emphasize how much this app meant to me.

Alright, then I decided to trade my phone in. They restored everything back to the way my iPhone was except for onXmaps. I had no content.... all those waypoints of deer sign and oh yes, trail cams. Gone....

So I'm just hoping that somebody else on here has experienced the same thing. I really need that info back lol bad!

I've never heard of trading my phone in. In the even that you don't have it, you should certainly hope that you had all your waypoints sync'd with your profile. If not, you're probably SOL. You can call onX and see what they have to say but you've got to make sure that stuff is getting backed up.

Sorry to hear that man. I lost a GPS once that had more elk hunting spots than you could ever shake a stick at, whoever found that thing is holding gold.

Dude... I'm just sick bc of this. There's no telling how many hours I had plugged into onX. Life must go on and hopefully I'll be able to get all my trail cameras. There's def no way I'm going to be able to remember all the stuff I had logged into there though. Over 25k acres... agh... I just started hunting this area to and was so pumped ab it considering the season before I was hunting a 40 acre patch of private land. Luckily I took a lot of video so I might be able to buckle down and go through that and recover some of my scouting. And yes I've contacted them but no ones working on the weekend. Hopefully this will get resolved.

I traded my phone in with the AT&T next program. Trade it in after a year or you keep it after 2. Good program bc I'm pretty rough on my stuff. I'm a fireman so I go for the trading in every year.

try logging out of the app and back in. Quiver app does that to me every time they push an upgrade. It looks like I lost all my hunt stats but as soon as I log out/log in it's all restored.

Alright cleared everything up. The folks at onX sent me an email yesterday and explained what I needed to do to get everything back. Can't say enough good things ab this product and the company behind it!
