Well I was at work today and my hunting buddy was at the Bass pro outlet and found a Primos Vision ground blind for $100. I couldn't pass it up and I really need one to hunt this bean field where they are coming out and there are no trees to put a stand on.

    Here it is.

So far the only thing is the zipper to get in wants to come apart if it is not setup just perfect. Luckily i know someone that can sew a new one if need be, but it's not that bad.

After seeing John's blended into the cornfield that well I am going to pick a blind up sometime soon.

Thumbs up on a good purchase. I saw one at Bass Pro as well, just didn't know how the quality was....I like the pattern though.

Bols, The one I just got is the same brand as the one you're looking at. I think primos bought them as a part of double bull or something. I think one of the reasons it was so cheap was because it was the version before primos took them over. The only difference i see is mine has a 360* view. If you look at the pics mine has curtains with magnets in them that you can open/close as you need to.

Matt, I was talking this over with Greg. I think this is the same blind I saw at Bass Pro during the Fall Hunting Classic. They wanted a $100 for it then.....now, online it seems they are going for 169.74 I believe.

Crappy on my part for waiting. I passed them up and said, if I needed a blind I wonder how the quality was for that one. Should have just picked it up and asked questions later.

If I get this stand sold I have listed on three different sites (shameless plug), then I will dump that money straight into a blind. I got a friend at the local Bass Pro that might be willing to do the same for me. I dunno though, I would have to ask him.

    Thanks for the offer though....

You definitely got a steal on what appears to be a good quality blind.

They do work!!! I found that out first hand last night. I plan on being in mine a few more times this season.

I was moving around getting into position and drawing my bow and she could not see me inside that blind.

I have a blind, but it's rather small for bowhunting. It has just enough room for me to be at full draw inside. I actually have to hold the bow sideway pointed towards the ground & then aim. My elbow is just touching the back wall & my arrow is about 2" clear of the screen. It's great for gun hunting, but I definitely need to upgrade, & I think you guys have me convinced. For $100 or so, I may join you guys.

Did you camo your blind and leave it out there for a few days for the deer to get used to or just camo it good enough for them not to notice the day you killed yours? I was wondering because the property i have permission to hunt allows other hunters and I dont want to leave it out there. I was thinking about packing it in and out every hunt. Is this a bad idea or as long as I camo it up pretty good they wont notice too much?

MO, I have had success out of mine both ways. I have also noticed the better job that I do brushing it in and making it blend, the less they tend to pay attention to it. jm's set up looked killer too, I am curious too if he set it up and then left it for a little while or just hunted it. I know you weren't directing the question towards me directly but I thought I would share my experiences as well...Good luck with the blind!!!
