Love my killzones. Shot a big doe last year and broke her offside shoulder socket. I'm only shooting 62 lbs and 415 gr arrow. You should have plenty of poundage.

I personally have shot the rage 2 blades for the last 3 seasons. Last year i switched to the rage extreme and i absolutely love them. Shot two does past at 30 and 45 yards the blood trail for both were amazing neither deer ran more than 30 yards. I definately recommend trying the 2 blade Rage extremes. I dont think you'll disappointed.

I also use a 101st at approx 63#'s. I use NAP 3 bladed bloodrunners and they open fine.

I've shot the spitfires 125 for about seven years and have had no problems...ever! There are no bands to worry about and leave holes that are insane. I have pictures of entry wounds the diameter of a RedBull 8 oz can.

Does anyone know of a mechanical where the manufacturer has a recommended minimum draw weight to shoot ? I have Rages set up on my hunting arrows ( I haven't had a chance to kill a deer yet ) but they don't recommend a weight on their package. I was just wondering if someone else did. When I first bought my bow ( Mathews Z7 X ) the bow tech handed my Rage when I ask for something that would take a deer. I had never shot a bow before. They had to turn down the 70# bow more turns than the recommended 5 turns so I could pull it back ( I was 64 at the time) .I got up to where I could pull the 70# but in the last 6 months I have had stroke and a major operation. Now I am back to pulling 50# on a Mathews Helium. I figure I will probably be at about 55 # by deer season. Just want to make sure I have enough Horse Power and it looks like from the post maybe I will have.
