    Some of you remember the blurry picture we'd gotten of another resident buck we're after on the Swamp Property...finally got some clear ones and a lot of them. Here's one though. Great 5x5 with split brows to boot!

    That split brow buck is walking a corn edge (in picture) consistently with W, SW or S winds and the cam is seriously just a few feet away from a ground blind cut into the corn field about 25 yards. I sat it Tuesday morning but was a no show. He is no doubt gonna make it hard to shoot anything less...but the second is a stud, picture doesn't do him justice at all. Just hope all the EHD hasn't and don't strike them!

    That split brow buck is great, but I'm a big fan of those other two. Sometimes a solid 8 point is the prettiest deer there is. I like the way those main beams wrap around on the third one.

    All you guys saying All Wheel Drive (the split brow) is young, I agree! For some reason on neither of our properties have we gotten a picture of a buck you look at and go "that's an old deer"...perhaps what they say about EHD hitting older deer harder is true.
