I was in the market for a climber, read a bunch of reviews and overall got a bad vibe about Gorilla climbers and they are cheaply made. I went with the Summit Titan because it is made for big people (I am 6'-5" 265) and I love it. There are smaller and cheaper models out there but I find the summit to be very easy to setup, pack/carry, and it is quiet. I am sure Lone Wolfs are great but they were $100 more. I am sure you will find good and bad reviews about every stand and I have never used the Gorilla so I wont speak directly about it. But I love my Summit and am happy with my decision.

Let me know what you decide on.

I have one and I think it is a real good stand for the price. I don't use it often because I prefer my LW sticks and hangon but I would have no issue using it. It is very comfortable and easy to use.

I've hunted out of their aluminium climber a few times over the past few years. For the price its a great stand. Light and easy to carry in. It does take a few tries to strap it together so it doesn't rattle. Once your in the tree, its hard to beat the seat. Extremely comfortable and easy to take a nap in. This is the only climber I've used.

Id look at how much it weighs, Its a big factor when i buy a climber. Id rather pay a little more for it to be lightweight about 16 to 20 lbs, Rather than haul around that 24 lb stand.I think it makes a huge difference.

I have teh greyback aluminum also. It is a decent stand and unless it gets cold, it is very quiet. Once it gets below 40 degrees, there are a few noises that make me not take it. I hunt with my LW sticks and tree saddle more than anything.
