GoPro self filming?

    Anyone out there using GoPros to film hunts? I am curious to see what you guys are using..for 300 bucks it sounds like you cant beat it

    It's not a bad way to film but at 20 yards the deer appears very far away. Without zoom capability it really limits you. A lot of people seem to use them pointed in their direction to get footage of themselves making the shot. I had one mounted to my bow 2 years ago and took it out to a 3 range to see how it would perform, it's not bad but now I am using a camcorder.

    Thats what i have heard. A GoPro facing me and a camera on the deer sounds like the ideal set up.

    I agree ad if its mounted on your bow when u shoot it shakes it a little bit and its hard to see where your shot went
