    Grind them up, add pork and make polish sausage. People I share mine with say it tastes just like Hillshire Farm.

    I will be hunting geese this September, but doves are illegal in New York. Sucks because doves are my all time favorite hunting. When I lived in Ohio I hunted them and I was on a business trip to Plano, Texas and them there. Absolutely awesome wing shooting doves are.

    if you can hit doves you are doing well my friends! im prob 4 for every 10.

    or am i just that bad of a shot???? but you're right! a ton of fun!

    Yeah be hunting geese Thursday morning. Have an ODNR Blind on local lake that is covered with geese. Also going to Teal Hunt on Saturday that is being put on by ODNR.

    I gave up Waterfowl hunting about the same time I started bowhunting. I'm too busy getting all my bow hunting stuff ready.

    Maybe when the boys get old enough to go and I have more time I will start that again.

    I've heard that a lot that you can't be serious with both deer hunting and waterfowl hunting at the same time.

    tell yall what... i have some SERIOUS fun every time im out doing either. and the fact that im not very good at either, worse at shooting birds.... makes it all the more fun!

    X2 ... the sausage had ZERO gamey taste ,,,, the jerky tasted like fish ... goose is nasty, but the sausage worked amazing

    Sounds about right!! It is very humbling. Have you ever seen Tom Knapp hunt doves in Argentina on the Outdoor Channel? That dude is amazing...one hands, upside down gun and everything. Very talented.
