    Since turkey season is coming up i need a few extra batteries. i have a canon vixia hfm50 and was wondering what websites yall use. any websites i can get em cheaper than 90 bucks. need some advice

    I got mine off of ebay.Most of them oun there are from hong kong or china but there is a few from new york.I haven't had any problems with mine yet but the batteries don't communicate with the camera so you cant see how muck batterey life is left.

    I bought mine off of B&H photo. They were the cheapest i found.

    Careful. I've bought about 6 online and only three of them are recognized by the camera. So keep your receipt and stress with them that they will work on your cannon. I've got the hfm41.

    Actually only one aftermarket battery works. I've even sent back cannon battery's because the camera didn't recopnize them.
