good spot for a foodplot?

    [​IMG] What do you think its the spot with the thumbnail about a half acre. I dont have any machinery it will have to be done by hand. also I live in massachusettes, what kind of seed do you recomend. Ill be hunting over it. oct-nov

    Looks like a natural clearing so you will get great sunlight. I would think with a saw and some roundup you will be able to get a good clean clearing to plant there. Setting up just off that plot where it pinches against the river catches my eye right away.
