Looking for a good pair of binoculars that won't break the bank. Wanting to stay around $100. Only gonna be used for bowhunting really. Any suggestions??

I looked in this price range and couldn't find any good options. What size are you wanting?

I just bought the Vortex Diamondback 10x42 for 199 and they have an excellent warranty. I looked at some Redfields as well but they were in the 150 range if I remember.

Prob 10x42 or 8x42. Want something that I don't have to worry about always fogging up and that isn't real bulky or heavy. Right now I just have a cheap pair from bass pro

Every cheap pair has always fogged up on me. Can't say whether or not my vortex will but they aren't supposed to.

I value my glass above my bow.

I think if you bumped up your budget to about $250 you will be pleased.take a look at the Vortex Diamondbacks. Great value imo.

I've always been a fan of Nikon. They are one of only a few companies that make their own glass. I think they are right there with Leupold as far as clarity.

Shop around. I got a killer deal on a pair of Vortex Diamondbacks from the bargain cave at Cabela's. They ran me right around 100, and are worth every penny. Another vote for Vortex optics. Really quality stuff.

I just found the Nikon Prostaff 7 8x42 for $139.88 in the Bargain Cave at Cabelas. They are pretty good glass for the money.
