Good morning everyone, I guess I would be considered a re-noobie. I have been away from the archery world for a little over 30 years and now that I can I am looking forward to jumping back in. I'm currently awaiting my new bow to arrive, hopefully it will be less than two more weeks, I ordered a Hoyt CM in 50 - 60 draw weight. Been two weeks already but since I ordered it in their half and half color scheme, the wait time is longer. I shot archery back in my teens with the explorer scouts and for a short bit after that for a few hunting trips but that was decades ago. My hunting partner has always been and still is my father and I enjoy our outings very much hopfully his good health will allow us to continue for many more years. Ever since Washington went to a hunting system where you had to choose either archery, black powder, or modern firearm for the season I had to lay down the bows for the modern firearm option since my dad is not an archer and the areas we hunt would not be good for archery. Now that we do more hunting out of state and not always any in state I can maybe pick up that archery hunting license and do some of that again. I've got the whole year to practice getting back in form again, and maybe with a little luck I will meet up with some new friends locally that bow hunt and I can get in with them for a few trips into the woods. Happy Hunting all Jeff
