Ok, went to my 15 acre spot today to check cameras. The winds were blowing 30 mph, so I figured instead of sitting on stand, I would still hunt the overgrown gravel pit. Its about 5acres, and I never go in there. Anyways, I spent a few hours out there, and saw 3 does. Left there, and drove some country roads, without seeing another hunter or deer. Head back into town, and right in the middle of town, there is a nice 8 point chasing 2 does! WTF!!! His mouth was hanging open, and he was panting hard, so must have been running for a while.

They should be in lock down for about a week now.

That's what I would think, but I haven't seen any of the normal signs leading to lock down?
