That looks really good. Is that salsa verde or a tomatilla salsa?

It's Ortega green taco sauce. LOL. I guess it's a gringo-y version of salsa verde. Green tomatoes and tomatillos. I usually buy a different brand but this is what walmart had. ;) It tastes decent enough. No heat at all tho'.

Everyone is posting great stuff but I seriously disappointed Hooker has not participated yet. Keep it up. I have not nothing to share so I am just observing.

I have a 2 month old. No more fine dining for me at the moment.

Although I did grill a badass flank steak with a homemade chimichurri sauce the other day. All my dinners right now consist of some type of grilled protein, and either squash, corn, okra, eggplant or broccoli, because that is what I have in the garden right now. So nothing too exciting.

Typical summer dinner for this time of year. Fresh roasted corn on the cob from the garden, side salad with fresh picked arugula from the garden and cranberries and a squeeze of lemon, and baked chicken breast with a spicy marinade. Nothing too fancy, but it's solid.

That looks good...I dont know if it is BOOM worthy though. You should have to kill or catch something to use BOOM and even though I am sure you choked the chicken I doubt you choked that chicken :poke:

Went to my favorite Mexican restaurant by my house with my wife tonight. I had shrimp with a creamed spinach sauce and rice. This is so good I can not get myself to order anything else there. I do not do that anywhere else.
