I recently got a club car carryall 1 and I was reading some other things and was wondering if a lift for a club car ds would work on it? It seems to have the same wheelbase as the ds. Thanks in advance for the help

There may be someone here who can answer this for you, but I would think that a website like buggies unlimited would get you some good info on this. They have a forum there that I have visited in the past when I had questions about my golf cart.

If you lift the cart and put oversize tires on it make sure you buy the high torque clutch spring. Makes ALL the difference in the world. My dads cart was useless with oversize tires unless you were on flat solid ground, perfect for cruising around the campground. With the torque spring, he can haul 2 full size adults and drag a deer down trails.

What exactly is this? Is it for a gas or electric cart as this is a gas cart.

Yes, check buggies unlimited, they will have everything you need, and I found that they are the cheapest! I had an old ex-go that I fixed up. It had some big tires and a big lift on it.
