Man I hope this is the day. The weather has been crappy since last night w/mixed rain, sleet, snow to all snow all day. It's starting to let up & I'm hoping that something will come out to play. I'm almost giddy like it's the first day of hunting. Fresh snow, all quiet, except for the WHACK! (I hope).
You ain't kiddin. I've known him for about five years and I have yet to meet someone that grills it like he does.
Sorry boys, been drowning in my tears & depression. Man what a beautiful afternoon to hunt. It was perfect out there. Snow falling, you can see for miles in the woods. the only thing missing was the damn deer. STUPID DNR, can't count very good. Don't know where these milllion and half deer are, but absolutely nothing there by me. I even hunted the anterless gun hunt, and NOTHING! I see prints in the snow, but who the heck knows when those came thru. total dissappointment. but none of the less, I'll be going at it again this week with the bow. sorry to have such a dull report guys.
