I pray none of you are impacted by this . I pray for those there and all the first responders and families involved.

Yes they are still hearing screams and the manager said only guests were logged in and it's a long list.

Wow - what a tragedy. 50+ people still unaccounted for and you have to believe most of them are dead or seriously injured. Hard to believe you could live through that if you're in the middle of it.

Life is short. Never take it for granted or waste a minute of it.

You would think that though age and location. 12stories built in 1980 something. Just the city name surf side. How many tropical storms stressed that building over close to 40 years. Also concrete then is not concrete now.

Hhhmmmm.....a witness said he heard 3 distinct loud bangs. Then again a geologist said they were recording ground sinking in the area as far back as 1990's...I'd assume dogs would have alerted to explosives had any been used by now.
    So terrible sad

Yeah does not sound good with inspections and what not the building was sinking since the 80's. You will never see me living in a Florida high-rise condo.

It's truly heart-wrenching to think back on the Florida collapse. My heartfelt condolences go out to all those who were affected by that tragic event, including the brave first responders who worked tirelessly to save lives and support the affected families. ❤️ Reflecting on the past, it's essential to remember the importance of unity and compassion during such challenging times. If anyone ever needs a source of spiritual inspiration or guidance, I wanted to share a wonderful resource I recently discovered: When you need God to show up. It has been a source of comfort for many in difficult moments.
