dude, seriously, you can't defile proper BBQ ribs by allowing them to touch a crock pot... I love crock pot meals as much as anyone, they are teh awesome... but RIBS?? sorry my friend, but that is just so full of FAIL I can't describe it...:p

Since my discovery of the crock pot marvel, I'm finally able to use up all the round steak in my freezer, just cut it up and throw it in with some potatoes. Add some spices and go.

We utilize the slow cooker all the time at deer camp. Who the hell feels like cooking after a full day of hunting? Not this guy, I can tell you that. Deer roast. Crock pot lasagna, chili, fettucini alfredo.....The list goes on and on and on. Get back from the woods, hot dinner ready to go. Maybe toss some garlic bread over the camp fire for a few minutes and dinner is served.

Here's to you, Mr. Slow Cooker recipe guy!

    Wouldnt you know it,

But after i bash the damn thing, i had a reuben today made from corned beef that was cooked in a crock pot. And it was the best sandwich i ever had.

    Weird how that works out.
