Go to Starbucks on the 14th!

An anti-gun group is calling for a boycott of Starbucks because the coffee joint allow customers, per state and local laws, to carry firearms in the stores.

So... there's a retaliatory call for gun owners to go a buy a cup of joe or foo-foo coffee at their local Starbucks.

I haven't been to a starbucks in years.... but I'll go tomorrow.

Of course, we can't carry here in IL but the anti-gun group is out of Chicago (big surprise there... not) so IL is in play.

hanging out out at starbucks right now. no activists here... Starbucks is not to big in MN its mainly caribous around here so didn't expect to see anything crazy. But I still made the trip up here.. cheers to everyone else who stops into a starbucks

 

That's great. It's the first I've heard of it.

 

I'll make sure I hit Starbucks here in Christiansburg VA.....I always make sure I keep mine next to my skin.

 

No Starbucks in Blossvale, NY. LOL That's OK, I buy their coffee religously in the local grocery stores. I'm a French Roast guy.

 

Heading home now - I plan on stopping to get a foo-foo coffee drink on my way. If there's any anti's around I'll try to run them over.

Or just give them some Bowhunting.com DVDs.

 

We went to the local Starbuck's and the girl didn't know anything about it. We asked her to tell the manager we were there for that reason.

the guy who got my coffee knew. he said something about watching it on youtube last night. Don't know what he meant about it, but he knew what was going on today

 

I tried to talk the boss into a 80 mile road trip to the nearest starbucks. I don't even like coffee.
