I was wondering how people set up their go pro for a second angle while hunting out of treestand. I'm just trying to get some ideas. I have tripod mount and was thinking of using muddy micro mount attached to a bow hanger to be able to move it or does a tree step work better. Thanks

Same setup I use. The micro mount works well. I also have the GoPro remote velcro'd to my left wrist so I can start and stop it without a lot of extra movement.

I use a bow hanger for the extra flexibility for setting up my POV shots. You can use a long one or one of the small ones depending on your setup.

That's exactly how I'm using mine. I'm not using it in the tree with me, I'm actually using is down at ground level. I have a small screw in hook then the Muddy Micro mount with the tripod adapter for the go pro. Makes for a quick and easy set up. I use the Go Pro App to make sure it's pointing how I want it, then I switch over to the GoPro Remote because it's easier on the battery.

They have a GoPro App and when using the App you can see a preview on your phone. . Also, on the App you can push a button to start recording just like the GoPro remote! :)

I was going to buy the remote, but I found the ''free'' GoPro App and just use my phone. . Saved some money with the App! :)
