The NBA collective bargaining agreement divides revenue equally between owners and players, hard to call them over paid when they generate the revenue that pays their salaries and provides a return of investment for the owners.
Nope no foam cheese head for me, and Iowa does not have the only franchise for nice bucks. What else you got?
I was speaking more so to ticket prices but I don't dispute what you say. I personally dislike NBA play till playoffs....
Being that the Wolves suck they offer deals on game days so you can get good seats at decent prices. Of course that is not the case when a team like Cleveland comes to town but if you are not picky about the visiting team it is a good way to go. I can't say that the NBA business model is broke tickets are expensive but if the team is competitive the arena will be full. I am passive when it comes to regular season NHL and NBA seasons the playoffs are a different game, I agree with you on that.
I wouldn't admit to it either. By the way, table tennis has more than twice the number of fans as American football. Soccer has 3.1 Billion (with a "B") more fans and Field Hockey has 1.6 Billion more fans. Heck, golf has 50 million more fans than American Football. But, maybe Americans are the only ones that know what "real" sports are....?
Not my fault that Ace and Gary took offense to a reference about soccer. They are the ones who turned it into an American sports are inferior pity party. I believe it is called thread hijacking.
I refuse to believe that your comprehension skills are that poor. It's just not possible. I mean, your not drooling on the keyboard are you?
I refuse to believe that you come back for more. Shouldn't you wait for Frenchy to like your prior comment before you make another?
I told you why I was making fun of a fat kid that couldn't put down the soda, and thanks again for proving my point in the last two posts.
